I recently woke up with one of the worst stiff necks imaginable. I couldn't move my neck from side to side or up and down. The pain went from my neck to my mid back. I tried to give it a few days hoping the pain would subside and my neck would get better but it didn't. I was scared at first to go to Dr. Jay because I've had one to many bad experiences with chiropractors before. But i have to say, Dr. Jay was different. He was great! Not only was he a sweetheart of a man to talk to. He walked me through what he was going to do before he actually put his hands on me. He first started by giving me a great massage to relax my muscles and myself. He immediately knew where the problem was coming from. When the adjustment was over i truly felt like a new person. He was so gentle and right on the money with my adjustment. I will never see another chiropractor again other than Dr. Jason Peloquin. And my stiff neck has yet to come back!!
